At ALAND, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion finds aren't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your ALAND account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Ship the Package
Affix the return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
